Woocommerce Visual Artist Help – 1 original plus open print options

    I have a specific issue creating my new website with Woocommerce and Astra theme.

    I’m a visual artist and I sell original paintings. I also sell prints in various sizes and formats for each painting. I need a system where the original will be a quantity of one and then sold out. There will also be options to buy the print on canvas and paper and different sizes, and that will be open edition no limit. I’ve tried global attributes with no success.

    Using a variable product will allow you to set stock limits for each type of item which you’re selling and the customer can select the item from a single product page.

    Firstly would first create Attributes called Original, Canvas, Paper and Size on a product. You would then use those to create variations from those attributes.

    For the Original variation, you could set a stock status of 1 and a price for that product. You could then set separate stock quantities and pricing for other variations and sizes you intend to sell.
