• Hello.

I have 2 domains under the same hosting. When I updated WooCommerce, the administration panels from the second domain simply disapeared and when I try to access the website I get this message:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare woocommerce_output_related_products() (previously declared in /home/shamapor/public_html/eunicemaia.com/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/wc-template-functions.php:1091) in /home/shamapor/public_html/eunicemaia.com/wp-content/themes/dt-the7/inc/mod-woocommerce/mod-woocommerce.php on line 87

you can take a look here: https://www.eunicemaia.com

Any ideas to help me solve this? Thank you in advance!
    Sofia

    Hello,

Thank you for your answer laliz.
The issue here is that I don’t have access to the worpress administration panel. Any ideas?

    Thank you!

    Sofia

    Hi Sofia,
I’d suggest you go into the plugins folder via ftp. Rename the Woocommerce plugin folder, that should release your wp-admin area. Then you can see to your theme conflict. It seems pretty clear that your theme author hasn’t caught up to the current woo release design.

    Hello Vark,

Thank you very much for your input. I will try as you say.

The strangest thing is that I have 2 domains under the same hosting and it was the one that doesn’t use woocommerce and uses another theme that suffered. To be more specific:

    1st domainSHAMAporti with woocommerce and
    2nd domainEunice Maia without woocommerce

When I updated WooCommerce of the first domain (to version 2.2.4) everything was the same with the first website though I got the following notice on my administration panel, which remains there.

“Your theme has bundled outdated copies of WooCommerce template files – if you encounter functionality issues on the frontend this could the reason. Ensure you update or remove them (in general we recommend only bundling the template files you actually need to customize). See the system report for full details.”

Then, by the same time the administration panels from the second domain vanished and when I try to access the website Eunice Maia I have the message I posted above:

“Fatal error: Cannot redeclare woocommerce_output_related_products() (previously declared in /home/shamapor/public_html/eunicemaia.com/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/wc-template-functions.php:1091) in /home/shamapor/public_html/eunicemaia.com/wp-content/themes/dt-the7/inc/mod-woocommerce/mod-woocommerce.php on line 87”

But I am going to try what you told me to. It won’t hurt ??
    Thank you again!
