woocommerce vendors stripe

hi we are using stripe as out payment gateway but we are also wanting to use your vendors plugin.
1. does the vendors plugin allow use of stripe to pay vendors? if not what would be the best way to pay out vendors using stripe on a weekly basis?
2. We can manually payout but on vendor sign up it says they can add their paypal email for payouts but where do they add those details.
and if we cant use stripe how can we pay them via there paypal email?
