Hi… I have a problem with WooCommerce. In the website, I have a product that costs 99 euro and the sale price is 79 euro.

When I go to the shop through my phone, from Bulgaria, the price is 83,19 euro and the sale price is 66,39 euro. So… I want for each country the product to be 99 euro and 79 euro price.

I also entered different taxes for each country and then this problem happened! How do I fix it?

All I want is regular price 99 euro, sale price 79 euro and when you go to checkout to see the exact VAT for each country you select! I need VAT taxes for the invoices.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi @thehealthacks,

It sounds like you have “Prices entered with tax” set to “Yes, I will enter prices inclusive of tax” in WooCommerce > Settings > Tax.

Could you please set it to “No, I will enter prices exclusive of tax” and see if that resolves the issue?

Another tax setting that is worth checking is “Display prices in the shop”. For your use case, I’d recommend setting it to ‘Excluding Tax”.

We have documentation on this here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/setting-up-taxes-in-woocommerce/

    I hope this helps!

Hi! Thank you, but the different prices are showing again… this doesn’t help.

On the homepage now I see 79,66 sale price… and in shop page 66,36…

    Hi @thehealthacks,

I just checked the product prices for one product while switching to different countries and the price remained at €79,00.

Thus, I’d like to check whether you were able to find a solution or if you’re still facing any challenges.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
