Woocommerce Variations won’t load

I have this same problem, hoping for a solution!

Same here. Tries in various browsers with empty caches. Not good. We are launching today. Anyone found a fix?

I’m having the same issue.

I rolled back to WooCommerce 2.6 and the problem went away.

The site I’m launching had a lot of “cooks in the kitchen” and the person who designed it used the7 theme and Visual Composer. Those wouldn’t have been my choices, but I’m not going to redo it now. There’s some complex things going on with WooCommerce, Gravity Forms and Ultimate Member – a lot of band-aids and duct tape have been used to make the client happy.

My point is that I don’t dare try to activate TwentyFifteen at this point to see if the problem goes away and risk something weird happening when I reactivate this theme.

Ever since I took this project over this warning has been there:

Your theme (The7) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce.

• dt-the7/woocommerce/content-product.php version 2.5.0 is out of date. The core version is 2.6.1
• dt-the7/woocommerce/content-product_cat.php version 2.5.2 is out of date. The core version is 2.6.1

I’ve ignored it until now because everything worked and I don’t have the theme license info from the other web developer.

Just wondering if you all who are experiencing this variations problems have outdated WooCommerce theme templates like I do, and that’s what could be causing the problem.

Same issues here. I select the variations tab and the spinner just keeps spinning and doesn’t want to load. Did anyone fix this? I have the newest woo update.

I am using WordPress 4.8, Woocommerce 3.1.1 [i.e. the very latest versions], and experiencing the problems described.

From the shop: https://shop.minecraft-skin-viewer.com, selecting the first product (t-shirt), the <div> section which contains the variations (size + color) is overlayed with transparent grey and the spinner continues forever. Impossible to choose either of the variants. The user is effectively blocked from proceeding further with a purchase.

This worked fine before upgrade to the latest versions of woo & wordpress

In my case it was caused by an error in some javascript that I was loading at the same time (via a plugin) With developer tools switched on in the browser you might see an error listed in the Javascript console. When the javascript was fixed, the spinner stopped!

I turned off/on my plugins one by one. Can’t remember which plugin it was unfortunately but one was causing the error.
