The placeholders in the article: https://help.sendinblue.com/hc/en-us/articles/360006850600-WooCommerce-Send-an-order-confirmation-email are correct for use with a Sendinblue workflow.

Please may you confirm you have enabled the tracking script via the plugin?

How is the template appearing? Blank?
