    Hi,

when a user creates an account on my site an email is automatically sent to him with a password generated for him. However, WooCommerce variables don’t work with your extension and I noticed that you use yours to interact with Woo. So I would like to know if you have a list of your variables so that I can implement them in the emails?

I would also like to know if there is a possibility to disable the mobile email adaptation feature that doesn’t really work well in my case?

If someone knows the solutions to my problems, it would be very nice to let me know ??

    Hello @antoinedumas ,

    Thanks for reaching out.

==> Could you send me screenshots describing the issue please?

if there is a possibility to disable the mobile email adaptation feature that doesn’t really work well in my case?

==> We will make it responsive on mobile too, please stay tuned for the next update.

    Thanks,
    Kelly

    Hello,
thank you for your response. Indeed, on WooCommerce there are shortcodes allowing to put in the emails data such as the customer’s email, the username or even when creating an account without password to send by email this last one. But with your plugin I notice that the Woo shortcodes don’t work and I don’t know how to do it?

    Sincerely, Antoine.

    Hi @antoinedumas,

YayMail has its own shortcodes. For customer email, you can use this shortcode https://take.ms/5ZIU3w

It has lots of shortcodes here https://take.ms/RWbTA0

    Hello,

indeed, thank you very much I hadn’t seen this option at all ?? Last question, I notice that there is a space at the bottom of the pictures even when I set the bottom parameter to 0. Would you have an idea how to paste the images without this space (Screenshot: https://image.noelshack.com/fichiers/2020/52/5/1608904712-pb01.png ).

    Sincerely, Antoine.

    Hi @antoinedumas,

Please make sure you’re using the latest version, we checked on our sites but do not see that space issue.

In case you still need help, please let me know to schedule a teamview check for you.

    Best regards,
    Kelly

Hi, just wanted to interject as this is a big interest for us as well. Not just the existing Yay shortcodes, but more such as integration with shipment tracking and expected shipping dates, etc.

I’ll open another thread about it!
