(Woocommerce) Variable Product Pricing

My client wants his product selections set up like so:

Quantity range (25-49, 50-99, etc) with a different price per range BUT you can enter any value within that range.

With Woocommerce variable product the price changes when the range is selected however the value entered remains on 25 minimum quantity. If the buyer does not change the actual quantity number in the input field price and quantity do not align properly. Example: if someone selects range 50-99 which changes the price from range 25-49 but does not change the quantity field and adds to cart, the cart gives the range and price for the range selected therefore giving a lower price for 25. And if changed in the cart nothing updates accordingly either. Does this make sense?
