    Hi all,
I’m using Imagify in my e-commerce store built with WooCommerce. I have a lot of variable products each one with its specific image.

Since last WooCommerce update I noticed the main image was not changing when user changed the variation (i.e. move from white t-shirt to blue t-shirt).

I disabled all other plugins and reactivated one-by-one and found out the problem was generated by Imagify. Probably there is a conflict which generates this issue.

Do you know how to avoid this? maybe by deactivating a specific options in Imagify settings. Or if an update is coming to fix this?

This is a real problem for e-commerce, currently I had to deactivate Imagify since the store cannot be used properly with this situation.

    Many thanks in advance,
    Francesco

    Hi @francescolaperna

The problem is related to WebP display option from Imagify and we are aware of this.

We are working on it and you can see the progress in our GitHub repository.

It is still not 100% clear if we will be able to resolve it from our end or we will need some work from WooCommerce end.

?Let me know if you need any further assistance, I am happy to help.

    Best Regards,
    Marko

I hope you will be able to fix the issue soon, since it’s an important feature for the plugin. I’ll wait for further developments.

    Hey Francesco,

    Thanks for letting me know!

We will do our best to make it work. I have no precise the ETA, but we are definitely aware of it, and we have more users with the same issue, so have that in mind.

Meanwhile, you can use rewrite rules method unless you are using CDN/Cloudflare and it would work just fine.

    Best Regards
