WooCommerce Variable Prices

    I’ve build a website with WooCommerce for one of our customers . They wanted their prices to be different based on if the user is logged in or not. I used the Groups plugin to manage differences in price per group & per person.

    Today I was updating WooCommerce to the latest version. And I’m not able to change the prices in the Product back-end. The HTML isn’t hidden. So i guess WooCommerce changed some things.

    I have the following options enabled: Groups Options

    How is the current development regarding my issue? Because otherwise I will try to write a fix myself.

    Hi,

    Are you using a plugin to manage the prices per group? If so, which one? If it worked before and now after you have upgraded it doesn’t, maybe you need to update the plugin, too.

    Also, I would recommend you enable debugging and then you can have a look at the debug.log to see if any errors come up when you try to view the section where you define prices by group. Another thing to look for would be Javascript errors.

    I hope that helps somehow, if you can provide more details about the plugin you use and an extract with errors from the debug.log maybe I can help you further.
