From what I understand, you’re experiencing an issue with WooCommerce v8.3.0 where your custom fields are not displaying at the checkout. You’ve mentioned that you’ve added these new fields through the plugin “Checkout Field Editor for WooCommerce” v2.0.0, but the system only shows the standard fields when you make a new order. You’re using WordPress 6.4.1 along with these plugins.

To ensure we’re on the same page, are you using the ?? Checkout Field Editor (Checkout Manager) for WooCommerce By ThemeHigh? If so, it’s important to note that this is a third-party plugin. As per our support policy, any issues or requests related to this plugin fall outside the WooCommerce support scope. We, unfortunately, can’t provide support for third-party plugins.

However, you can reach out to the plugin developers directly for assistance. They will be in the best position to help you resolve this issue as they have the most knowledge about their product. You can access the Checkout Field Editor support page directly by following this link: ?? Checkout Field Editor (Checkout Manager) for WooCommerce.

I hope this information is helpful and leads you to a resolution for your issue. Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns related to WooCommerce.

    If use shortcode?[woocommerce_checkout] is work.

    Hi @yevgenii,

If use shortcode [woocommerce_checkout] is work.

Thank you for your follow-up. It’s great to hear that using the shortcode [woocommerce_checkout] is working for you. This shortcode is designed to show the checkout page, so it’s expected that your custom fields should appear when using it.

If you’re still having issues with your custom fields not displaying in other areas, I would recommend reaching out to the developers of the “Checkout Field Editor for WooCommerce” plugin as they will have the most knowledge about their product and can provide the most effective assistance.

Should you have any other questions or concerns related to WooCommerce, feel free to ask. We are here to help!
