WooCommerce – Using Old Order Numbers And Orders Not Showing

    I hope someone may be able to help with this. Yesterday WooCommerce started acting strangely on my site, it is issuing old order numbers and the orders aren’t showing anywhere (including in pending or completed or cancelled) but I have email confirmation of the order and the payment is showing in PayPal. When I do a test order it shows under orders and I have a new order number.

    It wasn’t accepting orders from people apart from me until I unchecked ‘block duplicate orders’ in my PayPal settings. Now it is accepting orders but as I say they don’t show under ‘orders’ and are given an old order number. I have tried installing the plugin WooCommerce Sequential Order Numbers but they hasn’t solved the problem.

    I am using WooCommerce 2.2.8.
