WooCommerce User Triggers seem not available

    Hello,

    On the WooCommerce Addon page here WooCommerce – AutomatorWP there are several free triggers showing for users buying a product.

    But for me in the actual plugin only anonymous triggers come up for when a guest purchases a product.

    I’m using WordPress 6.7.2 and AutomatorWP 5.1.8

    Is there a setting I’m missing somewhere, or does it work differently now?

    Hi @dvaer ,

    I would be more than happy to assist you today.

    The triggers listed on the “Trigger” section are only available for logged-in users, so in order to use them, you should select the “Logged-in” automation type.

    Got it – that makes sense Tino. On my site people typically aren’t logged in, so I didn’t look there.

    What may happen is that someone has bought something in the past, and then buys something again in the future. In that case there might already be a user with the same email account, but I see there are actions we can run on existing users in that case, so we’ll be using that.

    Hi @dvaer ,

    You can also select the option “Run on existing user” and select the option to create a new user if that email is not registered.
