Woocommerce: Use custom template

Hi
I am about to make a Woocommerce shop in my own WordPress theme. I would like my woocommerce to look a different way than my current theme files do in my theme.

I have tried to create a file in root of my wordpress theme called single-product.php. That way I have been able to change how the product pages should be.

But how do I change the other things? I mean, things like the shop page, category pages, etc.
