WooCommerce URL Coupon Not Working

I’m using WooCommerce Version 2.6.14.

In WC, the URL is something like this: https://mydomain.com/coupon/freeshipping if I go to the URL, the promo code is not being applied to items in the cart. I was expecting that by going to that URL, the promo code will be automatically applied. I was only redirected to the cart.

Already tried clearing cache from the server.

We’re not using any cache plugin.
