Hi, I’m using the “WooCommerce UPS Shipping” plugin for shipping calculations on my site. The plugin’s configuration and functionality are working fine, and I’m using the REST API for its setup. However, each time I increase the product quantity, the shipping charge also increases.

Is this a plugin issue or an API issue with “WooCommerce UPS Shipping” from ups.com?

  • Hey there, @sownthear! Thanks for contacting us.

You are using this plugin, right?

Can you please reach out to their support here so they can assist you further with this issue?

Since this is a third-party plugin, we are not able to help with it, as we can only assist with the WooCommerce core plugin and its features.

But they should be able to help you check and figure this out ??

Please let us know if there’s anything else we can do to help or if you have any questions.

No I’m using https://woocommerce.com/products/ups-shipping-method/ this plugin.
I have activated this plugin and connected to UPS.com

My question is that shipping cost.
The shipping from “Brea, CA 92821” and one of the customers added the below product.

    Product details
    Price ????? $4.99
    Weight ????.5lbs each
    quantity ???6

And shipping address is to “trabuco canyon, CA 92679”.

But shipping charges are showing very costly as $153

However, the shipping charges are showing as $153, which seems very high.

Why is the shipping so costly? Is the issue with the API provider or the plugin itself?
