WooCommerce Update – Zones & Classes Gone

    After the most recent automatic update – all of the shipping classes and zones are gone in my client’s WooCommerce instance. There was an extensive list of country-specific zones and rates and classes based on item type/weight.

    Is this a known issue?

    Hi @cstokes,

    I’m not finding any customers reporting similar behaviour after updating WooCommerce where their shipping zones have disappeared.

    To re-instate any lost data on a WordPress site after an update you would have to restore the site from a backup taken before the update was carried out.
