    Hi All,
    we recently updated to the latest version of WooCommerce and our products have dissapeared form the store front. I have disable all plugins to no avail but when I switched the theme they were back. Is this common after an update?

  • Hi Anthony,

    The /shop/ page on your website looks it’s returning Error 500.
    I suspect this is caused by site using a non-existing (or loaded) php function.

    Do ask your hosting support folks to look into the log files.
    Either WooCommerce wasn’t updated fully OR you’re using functions from a plugin without checking if the plugin is loaded.

    I have disable all plugins to no avail but when I switched the theme they were back.

    This would point to a theme conflict. It looks like the theme you are using is not fully compatible with the latest version of WooCommerce, which would have caused the products to disappear from the shop page.

    I’d recommend checking whether there’s a recent update available for your theme. If there isn’t, try reaching out to the theme developer to alert them of this conflict, and see if they can offer any guidance in solving it.

    If they are unable or unwilling to help, you might need to look into possible theme replacements.
