• We still have to use the old version of Woocommerce, the new version breaks our website time after time when we update. Very frustrating.

According to the source you’re running 3.0.9. So upgrading to 3.1 is not going to break anything – it’s minor. If you do have problems I suggest you ask for assistance in the correct channels instead of posting reviews.

We have more then one site dear Mike. You are aware that this fantastic lightning speed treatment is only available for 1 star review users…? We for example have one ticket unsolved that is years old…. it’s just closed unsolved by Woo. But we’re in a good mood: if you’re going to solve it I will rethink my review but I will bet a nice bottle of wine that you’re not going to solve it….

I’m actually monitoring the forum for 3.1 bugs to catch them early if any crop up.

There are no open tickets on either this forum, or on woo support under your username – I checked. And “year old issues” are not going to be related to this update because it was launched yesterday ??

Nicely spoken around the subject: can you solve the problem?

How can I solve a problem without details? Not unless you log a support ticket, or post in the support forum here with full details.

OK, we will post one. I will let you know if it’s going to work. Cheers.

    Breraks my check out page

Since I updated to Woocommerce 3.1.0 customers having problems checking out as a guest. After the imput, the billing and card information then hit the process order button, the page gets a white overlay and a black spinning ball appears. The “order completes” never comes, and the customer never gets the email containing the download link. On the other hand, the customer is charged and Woocommers records the transaction. All my other pluglings are up to date and there are not error messages anywhere in woocommerce setting or in the other apps. Below is my system status.

    Thanks, `

war85ren I’ve already responded to you in the support area.

is there a fix for this? I have the same issue. Had to revert to 3.0 for the time being.

We have a similar issue that has not been resolved. When we update to anything past 3.09 our customers cannot checkout. Clicking on Proceed to Checkout takes them briefly to the checkout page and then flips to a white screen that has our email address on it. We did open a support ticket but they couldn’t resolve (took all of the proper steps – deactivated all of our plugins and changed our theme and it still happens). Thankfully 3.09 still works for us.
