• Hi, I have the WooCommerce update performed on 2.2.2 with. Now I have some php-files, which are declared as obsolete. Message is: Your theme contains legacy versions of WooCommerce design templates e.g. .: my-address.php Version 2.0.0 is outdated. The main version is 2.2.0 my-orders.php Version 2.1.0 is outdated. The main version is 2.2.0 view-order.php version 2.0.15 is outdated. The main version is 2.2.0 and further such messages. How can I deal with this? Are there files in a single download? If yes -> can I override the “easy” via ftp?

Is this still a problem? Its your theme that must be updated.

My theme is up to date. We know it is our theme that is the issue, but is there a safe way to do it if our theme developer won’t?

A WooCommerce-aware theme relies on WooCommerce functions behaving in a certain way, ie the way they were at the time the software was developed. So if you update the theme versions of WooCommerce files with the current ones, it could lead to problems. The theme, WooCommerce and WordPress have to be in sync. As soon as one is updated without the others, bugs can creep in.

If your public site works OK then carry on, but ultimately I think your options are:
    (i) to wind back WP and WC to the versions they were at the time the theme was delivered. This can be difficult to do, its not just a case of uploading the old versions. And you would miss out on security enhancements and other bug fixes in the later versions. Eventually other plugins won’t work faultlessly with old versions either.
(ii) get the developer to update the theme to be compatible with the new versions. If the developer is no longer available, you may need to post a job.
(iii) If you have a custom theme, (ii) will be an ongoing commitment as WP, WC and other plugins develop over time. Consider using another theme which is popular and regularly updated. Many of the commercial ones come with support included. A theme having 000s of users is more likely to be maintained than a theme with 1 user.

    Completely agree.
We run a https://uxthemes.com/ theme… Flatsome to be exact.
It seems they are down, dead, gone?
Didn’t expect that when we bought the theme.
Any ideas? We’re running our https://www.laserpegs.com site on it.

Looks like you are running Flatsome v 1.9.9.5. The latest version is 2.0.5. See changelog. Not clear but I think that version came out 10 days ago. Its available on ThemeForest. If you bought it from ThemeForest you should be able to login and download the latest version. Or:
