• Hi,

    I am using WooCommerce plugin which works great but suddenly it stopped sending email notification to customer. Emails were being sent properly till last week but now it doesn’t seem to work. Customers are unable to get any notifications such as New account or Reset password mail.

    I have tried to send email through SMTP but that doesn’t work for me. Please help to solve my problem.

    WooCommerce version is 2.5.2 and WordPress version is 4.4.2

    This are not WooCommerce emails – they are WordPress emails. Ensure your SMTP settings are correct and emails are not being spammed.

    Thanks for your reply.

    I have tested SMTP settings by sending test email.It was working fine.But in case of reset password on submit it is showing “Check your e-mail for the confirmation link.” but in inbox or spam no email has been received.

    There are mail logging plugins you can try to log emails too.

    As you suggested I installed mail logging plugin.
    In the plugin it is showing “mail sent” but still the concerned person is unable to receive the mail.

    If its sent, WordPress has done it’s job in sending. I’m pretty sure you’ll find its either spammed, or being prevented by sending by your host/server due to the domain of the email.

    Another option is using SMTP + Mandrill. Mandrill is a more reliable service.
