• Greetings,
I’m using WooCommerce subscriptions for recurring donations to our non-profit. We have zero products at present – only a “donation” “product” page here:
    https://longshadowshorses.org/product/donations/

Is there a way to un-require a visitor from having to create an account username and password? It’s proving to be problematic when people just want to donate.
Perhaps in a year we’ll be selling mugs, t-shirts, etc. too!
    THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP!!

  • The “WooCommerce” plugin way is:
    Dashboard > WooCommerce > Settings > Checkout
    Enable guest checkout = checked
“Allows customers to checkout without creating an account.”

The “WooCommerce Subscriptions” plugin is not supported here, so if that’s different, you’ll need to ask at the vendor’s support service at woocommerce.com.

Thank you … I actually do have the guest checkout enabled – but still “username” and “password” are required. So not sure what’s up. I’ll contact woocommerce as well. Thanks!

    Paypal:
    Login to Paypal Account
    Goto Profile Setting
    Goto My Selling Tools
Goto Website Preference and click over UPDATE
Goto PayPal Account Optional and turn it ON and click SAVE

    WordPress:
    Goto Dashboard
    Goto WooCommerce and settings
    Goto Checkout
    Enable Guest Checkout
    Save
