    Hi, last night I started getting errors where when users buy their courses their order stops on “Processing” and I manually need to set them to “Complete” because they don’t get access to their courses after paying for it. This beats the whole purpose of this plugin.

    I would be thankful for help.

    Could you please update Tutor LMS to the latest version 3.2.0 and check if the issue persists? The latest update includes several improvements and bug fixes that might resolve the issue you’re facing.

    Yes I have done that and was hoping that that would solve the issue, but unfortunately it didn’t…

    Hi @backo ,

    Try reverting to the “Old Version” of the WooCommerce checkout to see if it resolves the issue:

    1. Edit your current Cart and Checkout pages in WordPress.
    2. Replace the content with the following shortcodes:
      • Cart Page: [woocommerce_cart]
      • Checkout Page: [woocommerce_checkout]
    3. Save the changes and ensure these pages are correctly assigned under WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced.

    If the issue persists, please check the order payment notes to verify if the order status is marked as “Payment Received” and completed. If not, the order will not be processed automatically.
