Woocommerce Translation

  • I′m trying to customize even more the text from the emails that woocommerce send before and after the shopping.

    I′m using the CodeStyling Localization plugin, but it′s not working at all. Every change I write through the plugin is not appearing after in the emails.

    Where do I need to change the texts from the emails?

  • With WordPress 4.0, the managemnent of localizations is changed a bit.
    So the same goes for the new plugins in the latest updates.

    With the v.2.2 update, Woo also chose to change the localization management.
    The language files are now stored in an other new directory, not even inside the plugin directory.

    I think that confuses the Codestyling plugin, which is an old plugin, not updated for a very long time. I think it can not control the new language management, that is why some other plugins are mentioned in those localization/language problems; such as PoEdit etc.

    Try using another plugin, or a standalone program to make your own translations or just your own changes…
