    Hello,

    Since yesterday some transactional Woocommerce emails are sent but blocked directly I saw in the logs. The order confirmation mails are delivered properly after a order to the customers. That works fine. But the order confirmation mail of a new order to our default emailadres are first sent and then blocked directly. Can you please help me with this? Why are the blocked and which instance blocks them?

    Thanks for reaching out. Could you please share details on what you saw in the logs? Are there any errors in WP Mail SMTP > Tools > Debug Events?

    In the meantime, please make sure you’ve configured the mailer correctly and the test emails from WP Mail SMTP > Tools > Email Test are sent successfully without any errors or DNS warnings.
