Woocommerce Tradegecko Nightmare Uninstall Need Help

We have used Trade Gecko for a few months, and the Support on their end just is not there! We have moved sites and are in the process of cleaning up our DB.
The problem with this plugin is the data remains stuck in time. I have “custom fields” that just don’t exist to try and remove them. The field/column names are Wc Tradegecko Last Syned At & Wc Tradegecko Variant id.
I reinstalled the Plugin today and what do you know, they have changed nothing on their end to help “remove all data on uninstall” and all the API credentials just showed right back up and started to sync again (tried to) until I deleted the API Credentials and unticked some settings.
I am stuck because looking at deleting a custom field that is not there/shown is a bug in my opinion. if I try deleting the Variant id or making it blank, it changes it to a 0 instead.
What this tells me is that the remnants are leftover from a plugin long deleted, their support is a joke telling me that since it does not sync anymore that it is just fine.

If anyone could tell me the proper way to get rid of this so that my database is not getting bloated with leftover junk, it would be most helpful!
