WooCommerce Thumbnail in different sizes

    Hi there,

    I moved the staging website to go live. However, we noticed some WP settings in the media got reset. Therefor we noticed a that new items where shown in the wrong size. Regenerating within WooCommerce did not work, so I tried RTA. However, all product thumbnails don’t seem to crop and keep their original dimensions.

    I think the issue has to do with the Theme. Switching to another theme fixes the issue. I’m 4 days in, but have no idea what to do or try next.. or how to solve

    Got it, thank you.

    So according to this, I can confirm that this is unrelated to RTA. Our plugin only regenerates the physical thumbnails according to the defined sized in WordPress. But it doesn’t crop them unless you create a new thumbnail via the same plugin.

    If switching the theme fixes the issue, that’s a signal it is something to consult with your theme provider.
