Good morning, my thank you page always shows in the default language. I want users who view the site in English to see the thank you page in English [not the default language] after they have checked out but currently it always shows the default language.

I have translated the thank you page and I can access the Englsih translation by typing the URL into the browser but it doesn’t show after someone checks out.

I cannot find any plugin conflicts that are causing this.

Please could you help me fix this?

    Hello,

We would like to investigate the issue further if that’s okay with you.

Can you open a support ticket using our site https://translatepress.com/support/ to ask a pre-sale question?

We will be able to investigate the issue better there.

    Best Regards,

    Anca

I have the same issue: thank you page is not translating, however everything is translated. Also emails are not translating (I opened a separate ticket for emails). I use standard woocommerce thank you page and emails. So instead of second language, thank you page and emails are shown in default language.

Hello, could you find any solutions for this problem? Thanks a lot if you could share it here.

    Hello @annazs

Can you please tell me if you are using the Elementor Pro checkout widget?

Currently, there is a bug that will be fixed in a future update. Due to this bug, the Thank you page is redirected to the default language. As a workaround until this bug is resolved, if you wish, you will need to deactivate that widget for the checkout and use the following shortcode: [woocommerce_checkout], and the Thank you page will appear in the correct language.

If you are not using this widget and would like us to further investigate the issue, please open a separate ticket, and we will try to resolve the problem.

    Kind Regards,

    Anca
