    Hi,
    I am using WooCommerce for my online store. I am designing the thank you page for your order. But there is a problem. If the payment method is by bank transfer, it takes me to the page that I have designed. But if I do it with a card payment, it takes me to another page where I only get a message thanking me.

    Do you know what it is due to?

    Thanks for reaching out!

    I understand that there might be a difference in the way your WooCommerce setup handles the thank you pages for different payment methods. It works fine when using the built-in Direct Bank Transfer (BACS) and not when using another payment method.

    Checking your site’s checkout page, I found that the other payment methods you are referring to belong to _redsys.

    For us to investigate your issue further, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share your System Status Report that you can find via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

    If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
