    Hi,

    checked but also not getting calculated tax in the mobile view. Can you please share the snapshot?
    Go to Dashboard > Woocommerce > Settings, In general tab disable/enable the “enable tax calculation” option. Clear the cache and check.

    hello sir
    i have enabled and disabled the tex option in setting
    but not working
    yesterday it was working on mobile
    but now not working anywhere
    pls gude another option
    or i should delete and reinstall the woocommerce
    and if i do this then what about my products will i get the products data back
    pls guide

    i have deleted the plugin and re install it
    but not working as working same products and data store came autometically after reinstaaling and activation
    same
    pls help
    how to remove this completly
    and reinstaal it again in fresh way

    Hi,

    I would not suggest you reinstall, because you already have the products.

    But you can create a staging site with help of wp staging plugin, and try reinstalling on the staging site and check if it works.

    Please go to Dashboard > Woocommerce > Status, clear the cache from here and update the database and check.

    I HAVE DONE THIS (DELETING AND REINSTALLING)

    WHEN I RE INSTAALED WOOCOMMERCE THE DATA AUTOMETICALLY FILLED THE PREVIOUS ONE
    PLEASE SUGGEST HOW TO COMPLETLY WOCOMMERCE DATA FROM MY SITE THEN I COULD BE ABLE TO ENTER NEW DATA

    You have to remove a line from the config file for that.
