Woocommerce Terms & Conditions appearing twice when reviewing an order

During checkout the Please Accept our Terms and Conditions section appears twice – it is doubled. And I cannot find where this is coming from.
I am using a child theme, and have checked and double checked there to make sure I did not inadvertently duplicate something – I have not.
