WooCommerce taxes problem

In the shopping cart the client is seeing the prices with taxes but in the checkout the taxes have been deleted and the client sees the product without taxes… Can you please help me with that? thank you so much!

If I understood correctly, a tax class was created for all clients. On my end, I created a tax class for all countries, and it looks like this:

The class was added to a product.

And it does not matter what is the shipping country of the customer, a 21% tax is always added:

Unless in WooCommerce -> Settings -> Taxes I do mark “Calculate tax based on: Main business address”, which is our address and of course is 21% VAT since is our tax in Spain… and I do not want to put our business address since I want some products to be with the tax of the customer address…

I am testing out the customer journey, after adding the virtual product at https://eduiglesias.net/productos/programa-heros-magna-carolina-villegas-1500/ in the cart.

While on the checkout page, I can verify that, on my end, I can see the TAX properly calculated and shown, independently if the selected country is Spain (screenshot linked here) or Uruguay (screenshot linked here).

Can you please try to switch to the default Storefront theme and only WooCommerce plugin is enabled and see if this works?

If so, then this kind of problem is usually caused by your theme or a third-party plugin present on your site. We can run a conflict test to verify this. I’d recommend cloning your site to a staging environment and performing the tests described on this guide without modifying your live site or impacting customers. Many hosts provide staging facilities, so it’s worth checking in with them. It’s also possible to do it using the free WP Staging plugin.

If this was caused by a third-party plugin present on your site, it would be best to reach out to the developers for further assistance here.

If this did not resolve the issue, please provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

If that does not help, is the site generating any errors under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs? (if available).
