Woocommerce Tax Calculation Issue

Hi @vaibhavtyagi949 – setting up taxes is quite a challenging task, especially if you have different tax rates.

Normally tax is calculated on top of the price exclusive of tax, so in that case, you would have a different final product for each of the tax brackets. Your standard one would be the one that affects your inclusive price.

For example, if you have $100 inclusive and 5% is your default the actual excl. price is $95,24. In order to get the price for the 12% bracket, it would be this price * 1.12.

That said, there’s a way that you can add the behaviour you’re trying to see here: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/wiki/How-Taxes-Work-in-WooCommerce#prices-including-tax—experimental-behavior – this is not supported by our team though.
