Update to 6.4.0 => Woocommerce Tab missing from admin bar

    Hi!

    The Woocommerce tab from the admin bar went missing after the update to 6.4.0

    The settings are still available when accessing from Plugins – Woocommerce but we cannot access other options (orders for example).

    We have no errors in the error log and we tested with plugins deactivated and storefront theme so it’s not a plugin / theme conflict.

    The tab simply doesn’t display and we can’t access it.

    Can we do something to restore the tab?

    The update was for 6.4.0 released today, not for 6.3.0

    Maybe someone can provide a workaround until it gets fixed…

    I’m having the same issue after updating to 6.4.

    When trying to access the WooCommerce ‘Home’ URL directly: /wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-admin I get error: “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”
    I’m logged in as admin.

    But workaround if you just need to see orders: [domain]/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=shop_order is working for me.

    This seems to be happening after updating to 6.4.0. This was reported earlier Check this out. I’ve given a few suggestions in order to isolate the issue further. Please click on the link and see if that helps!

    Would you please share your System Status report on this thread so we can take a look at your configuration and check the issue further:

    System Status: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Hi!

    It seems that we had a plugin sharing the menu order number. They changed the number for the plugin and now our issue is resolved.
