Thanks for your reply.

During installation, WooCommerce creates the Cart and Checkout pages automatically together with the Shop and My Account pages.

I’d recommend reinstalling the WooCommerce Cart page, by going to WooCommerce > Status > Tools and use the page installer tool.

I had tried that before, tried it again and still get the –Page does not contain the [woocommerce_cart] shortcode or the woocommerce/cart block–
This is driving me nuts..have a deadline and working with woocommerce for the first time. Is there any way to add the shortcodes, block manually? will that work?

Kindly try manually creating a new blank page and inserting the [woocommerce_cart] shortcode and setting it as the cart page at WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced.
