    Hi,

    We are running a very busy e-commerce store and the Sync on that store is not working,

    Both the Analytics Sync and the HPOS compatibility sync are not working. HPOS sync is stuck at 376 pending. And, we tried resyncing the analytics but that too is not working.

    I have tried restarting PHP, LiteSpeed, And tried with just one plugin (WooCommerce) in Troubleshooting mode but it didn’t work.

    From what I gather, you are interested in enabling HPOS at the site, and tried with the legacy option and the compatibility mode enabled.

    Just to clarify, did you already have a chance to test with selecting the recommended order data storage option, without having checked the compatibility mode, and see how it goes, or otherwise?

    To get an idea of how your site is configured, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status, as exemplified here? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    No, We have tried HPOS and there are some problems with it. For now, we don’t need help with HPOS.

    The problem is that the Analytic data sync is not working. And when we try to manually sync it by going into the settings, it gets stuck.

    Similarly, HPOS order sync is stuck too.

    So, I need help with this data sync issue.

    Thank you for reaching back, with the site’s System Status Report (SSR).

    I have tried restarting PHP, LiteSpeed, And tried with just one plugin (WooCommerce) in Troubleshooting mode but it didn’t work.

    As a next step, could you please test with only the WooCommerce plugin enabled, a default theme activated (like TT3), and see if the issue persists, or otherwise, with the following settings?

    • The site’s PHP time limit set to 600
    • PHP Post Max at 1000

    Feel free to reach out to the site’s hosting provider, for altering these settings in the server configuration.

    We fixed the issue.

    Our Cron Job was not working. We didn’t disable WordPress Cron but for some reason it was not working.

    So, I am triggering the Cron file using server file system and Cyberpanel Crontab.
