    Hi,

I installed and activated CRM today, as Jetpack kept asking me to ??

Apparently I still had some old data from 6 years ago when I previously had jetpack installed. I see that I still have transactions that were previously imported in 2017. New orders that are being placed are also syncing, but there’s a 6 year gap from when CRM was not installed.

So now I would like to sync the transactions up to now.

    Commence WooSync.

WooCommerce Sync failing – server_error – There was a general server error. (500)

    *sad face*

So something blocking it? My server not letting the thing happen?
It doesn’t seem to be linked to Cloudflare or other CDN/Caching setups. Cloudflare should automatically allow Jetpack, and I’ve turned all of those things off now.

Any ideas as to what I might be doing wrong?

    Thanks,

Okay so I figured it out. May as well leave here in case others have the same issue.

The data was not from years ago. It’s just that it tried to import from the beginning, and didn’t get very far.

I checked the orders after the last successful one, updated with more completed details, and then retried sync. It worked until it failed again a few orders later…
At first I thought it was due to incomplete details, like a missing email address or something. After updating several orders, I realised that the details weren’t the problem. I just needed to click update, and it usually worked.

So I’m not sure what that was, really. I ended up continuing through 3004 transactions, updating the one after the last successful one. After a while it had finished the sync. Now it’s just syncing orders as they come in. Yay.

Excellent, glad to hear it. I’m going to mark this thread as resolved.
