  • The My Account page must exist in the list of pages. It is created by default when WooCommerce is installed, but if its missing you can make one. It should contain the shortcode: [woocommerce_my_account].

    The account page is set at the Admin page > WooCommerce > Settings > Accounts > My Account page dropdown. On my system the url is the default:
    https://www.domain.com/my-account/
    and this is the url you should use in your menu.

    On the My Account page, a user who is not logged in will see login and register forms. A user who is already logged in will see Hello / sign out / edit your account and password / and a list of their orders. If you are already logged in as an admin, you are already a WooCommerce user. There is only one user list, although users can have different rights.
