Woocommerce Support

Trying to get support from Woocomerce for a support for a bug and I keep receiving this message when within woocoomerce to open support request.
“In order to access this section of your account please verify your email address.”
You send resend email however no email is sent.
You can not contact Woocommerce by phone either so you are stuck.
