Woocommerce Super Simple Tax Exemption not working correctly

  • I had a customer placed an order online and had provided the Tax Exempt ID information in one of the sections as indicated. However, when processed, the tax was still added to the final amount charged. Please let me know how I can fixed this. Here is the screenshot of what i’m talking about.
