Hi, we are using Woocommerce Subscriptions and provide a tiered discount system using coupons where the customer receives an increasing amount off depending on how much they spend. Currently the customer gets this discount as soon as they sign up, which means a lot of people are signing up for a subscription to get the discount then immediately cancelling their subscription each time.

We’d like to implement a deterrant to stop people doing this, for example only offering the discount for their second or third order and beyond, so they would have to be signed up for a certain amount of time in order to get the discount. I am struggling to find a way of doing this or anything similar without paying for an extra plugin, which we don’t want to do. Is there a way we can do this please?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @thevapourroomltd,

I understand this is related to the WooCommece Subscriptions extension.

This forum is for WooCommerce core-related topics, so I’m afraid the contributors here might not know the answer to your questions.

Could you please open a ticket about this from WooCommerce.com > MY profile > Support?

Make sure to include a link to this thread so we know what has been done already and to contact us from the same account linked to your extension licenses.

    Cheers!
