I am testing the woocommerce subscriptions extension on a site a friend of mine runs because I am going to use it very soon. The problem is that when the subscriber cancels his subscription, he still has access to the “premium” content unless the administrator deletes his order (with a status of “canceled”). If subscriber suspend his subscription then he has no access at all, as expected. Maybe this happens because his subscription was planned to be effective for a month so he will lose his access at the date that the subscription would normally had expired? I have read the extension documentation, also search the whole google and still can’t find out why this happens. Anybody faced the same problem and can help?
    Thanks in advance.

Yes exactly. The user has pre-paid for access, and therefore, is provided with access until the end of the prepaid term. In this case, that is one month of access.

I will contact the author of the Groups extension to request he include this information in the docs.
