Woocommerce Subscriptions – button labels

  • Hello,
    The button text for WooCommerce Subscriptions seems to be a bit whacky. I’ve tried three different things, to no avail:

    1. Changing the button labels in the WooCommerce subscription settings (no change)
    2. Changing the button labels using a dedicated WC plugin (only result was that the buttons appeared as ‘Read More’)
    3. Creating a child theme and adding the PHP found at https://www.remicorson.com/woocommerce-subscriptions-edit-sign-up-button-text/ (no result, but I also have no idea what I’m doing)

    Any ideas?
