WooCommerce Subscriptions (Active report)

Hi everyone.

A client of ours runs a swimming class, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday.

Multiple classes on each day. She would like some sort of register/report that shows who has booked on each class and whether or not subscription is paid/active or pending payment so she can chase them on arrival to pay if needed.

I tried WP Export Orders plugin but we have a problem that if someone auto-renews the subscription after 1 month because they want to continue taking their child to the class, the woocommerce subscription shows in the report the parent order as active and also a renewal order in there as active I can’t figure out the best way of generating a report each day for my client.

It would be great if the reports could be automatically be sent to the clients email the night before for the following days swimming classes.
