    Hi, I’m running a site which offers customers the option to buy products as a “one off” and as a subscription.

    What I’d like to do is to offer a BOGO discount that only affects “one off” purchases and leaves the subscription items full price otherwise I will need to commit to the BOGO deal for the lifetime of the subscription.

    Pragmatically I can identify a subscription item lines in the cart but how would I stop the discount being applied ?

    Are the one-time purchase and subscription options grouped separately?

    Is it possible to open a support ticket with screenshots of rule setup so that our support engineers can quickly have a check and assist accordingly.
