    Hello,

we are using the Woocommerce Subscriptions plugin.

Your plugin correctly creates an invoice for the first installment.
However, subsequent installments don’t have any invoice generated, nor they are available to the customers.

    Example:

    – Customer purchases 6 months subscription at $10 a month.
    – WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips creates one $10 invoice at checkout.
    – WooCommerce Subscriptions correctly charges the customer six times for a total of $60.
    – However WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips does not create the second to sixth $10 invoice.

    Best regards
    D.F.

    Hello,
An invoice is only generated automatically when it is send as an attachment by email. If you want the invoices for the renewals to be generated automatically you have to attach them to the renewal emails. Otherwise you’ll have to generate the renewal invoices manually (by clicking the invoice button for the renewal orders).

    Thank you!

could you please tell me which options to check to achieve that?

    I have found:

    1. New Renewal Order
    2. Processing Renewal order
    3. Completed Renewal Order
    4. Customer Renewal Invoice

As of now I have (4) checked, but that’s not enough, as the invoices don’t get generated yet.

    Thanks

number 4 is most likely a manual email (analogous to the “Customer Invoice” for regular orders). Try number 3. Note that this will not automatically generate invoices for existing renewal orders, only for new renewal orders coming in after changing this setting.
