    We have a Woocommerce subscription active on our staging site and we are using this plugin to have a reoccurring payment, the first checkout is fine but when the reoccurring payment happens, it failed and doesn’t proceed with the payment.

    We got this error on the logs

    2021-09-29T09:08:36+00:00 ERROR Payment failed. No payment tokens found for customer 35114.
    2021-09-29T09:08:36+00:00 INFO Moneytransfer for order 351168 is completed.
    2021-09-29T09:16:14+00:00 WARNING No token stored for customer 35114.
    2021-09-29T09:16:21+00:00 WARNING No token stored for customer 35114.
    2021-09-29T09:18:36+00:00 WARNING No token stored for customer 35114.

    Could you help us with this?

    Hello @augustus1996

    thank you for reaching out to us concerning this issue. We already have a ticket open for this bug and have linked your ticket to this as well (in order for you to be kept up to date).

    The issue was found with another merchant and seems to be linked to the failure to create a token that is needed to link the account to the plugin. This is going to be investigated asap, but since we are in the middle of a release (1.6.0) there are many other tasks that require our developers’ attention. We will push the dev’s to pick this up for the 1.6.1 release, so it will take some time before this issue will be fixed. I would advise you to instead use the PayPal Checkout plugin instead until we have fixed this bug.

    Once we have any fix available for you, we will let you know (and ask if you want to use this to test the fix).

    I am sorry that I can’t resolve this issue straight away for you, but we are working on it and will keep you in the loop.
