WooCommerce Subscription Credit System

Does anyone know of an already developed plugin that will handle a WooCommerce subscription for a physical product that allows for monthly credits towards the product – IE: at $59.99/month you get 5 CDs from our large selection of CDs. If the credits aren’t used in any given month, the subscription will allow for “rollover” of the unused credits to the next month based on a monthly timeframe? Also, the kicker is that the subscription plan piece needs to tie into an affiliate plugin.

I located DAP (digitalaccesspass); but, the shopping cart integration is ugly and clunky looking. The site I will be developing for our Client will polished and sharp looking. Is there something similar to DAP that “seamlessly” integrates with WooCommerce?
