    Hello,

    When any customer cancels subscription from website, then the Subscription status changes to “Pending Cancellation” in admin panel. Now, As per this link https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/subscriptions/statuses/#section-4 When the pre-paid term ends, the subscription’s status will be transitioned to “Cancelled” from “Pending Cancellation”.

    But in our practical implementation, we saw that the STATUS does not change or does not transition to “CANCELLED” from “PENDING CANCELLATION” even when the PRE-PAID TERM Ends. So why is it so ? This Free version of Plugin does not support this standard feature ? Does this mean, that it is necessary to change subscription status manually by admin from admin panel from “PENDING CANCELLATION” to “CANCELLED” ?

    Also, does this also mean, that this feature is only available in PAID VERSION ? Or just to confirm, is this functionality working in the PAID VERSION of the PLUGIN ?

    The issue has been fixed in the latest version of the plugin. The pending cancellation will change to cancelled when the pre-paid term ends. Please check and let us know if you have any further issues.

    This functionality is also available and working in the paid version as well.
