Woocommerce Subscribers not syncing / updating in MailerLite

  • Hi MailerLite,

    I recently installed your plugin and finished setting it up. I have 20-30 existing site orders with names, emails, etc. However, even after connecting everything, MailerLite has still not imported any of the existing contacts. It seems this is a common thread for other people as well. Is there a solution for this? Please let me know.

    Hi @skerindustries

    We apologize for the delay in replying to your post. Regarding your question, customers who already existed in your WooCommerce list but did not already exist in your MailerLite list will not be synced, along with new subscribers who sign up without accepting marketing emails.

    But we are investigating this case and we might add a solution for that in the upcoming plugin releases, we will keep you posted in this thread.
